At Café du Cycliste, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a clean, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
